  First if we want to have a good relationships among others, we should know that all people that we are going to have a relationship they are not perfect,so they are imperfect. in this case we have first to understand ourselves and we should know why we need to have a relationship with others, that's the first steep to have a good relationship among others.
   The second steep is,we should know that people have different opinions, backgrounds, cultures, habits and points of views, because if we do not respect their backgrounds,we will suffer the consequences of not accept their believes or culture. It s very important if we want to communicate if people without a lot of difficulties to respect their cultures, that's the bridge to a peace world.
   So i believe this is all, because i believe that this two stages are the essential weapons or instruments to have a wonderful relationship among others.
